SHIPPING POLICY

We process all orders in 1 to 3 business days.

 

Once your order ships, you can track it via the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email.

Please ship your package to an indoor address or one where someone can receive the order and bring it inside from the elements.

 

Soy wax may soft and melt if left outside in the heat or in a mailbox for too long. Kimmswick Candle Co. is not responsible for candles that melt.

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you enjoy your Kimmswick Candle Co. candles as much as we do making them. Each candle that we pack and ship meets the high standards we’ve set for our business. 

 

We do not, however, accept returns or exchanges. But if we do make a mistake with your order, we want to make it right. Please contact us by email (sales@kimmswickcandleco.com) immediately, and we will work quickly to correct it. 

 

Due to the nature of soy wax, candles are susceptible to extreme weather conditions, including melting due to packages left outside or in other high-temperature conditions. We will not ship on days when temperatures exceed 87 degrees. But once packages are delivered to our shipping agent, they are no longer in our control. Kimmswick Candle Co. cannot be responsible for candles that melt when left outside.

 

Likewise, we cannot be responsible for packages that have been stolen, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise lost. Please follow up and/or file a claim with the shipping agent.
